How long does it take to get my album designed and printed?
The initial album design will take 3 to 5 working days, after which the design will be posted for your approval. After you approve your album design, album production usually takes 10 to 15 working days.
Will the prints be professionally printed and color corrected?
Yes, We have our own pro quality photographic printers and we print on Kodak Professional paper. Each image is color corrected by one of our experienced color correctors and each file is checked for quality ( file size, sharpness, compression , etc...) before printing.
All my images are color but I would like some of them printed in black and white. Can you do that?
Yes, we can convert any of your color images to black and white. Just indicate which ones to convert on the "Instructions/Comments" section of the "Album Options" form.
How much will it cost to ship my album?
Ground shipping is FREE on all albums.
Where do you ship to?
Currently we only ship within the continental United States.
What size albums do you offer?
We offer 10x10 and 12x12 albums.

Can I order more than one book of my album design?
Yes, you can order as many copies of your design as you like. You can also order copies in different sizes. You can order a 12x12 album for you and 2 10x10s for parents' books.
What is the best resolution for my images that I'm sending you?
If you have images from a professional photographer, the files are usually already at the correct resolution. The resolution of images uploaded to us for design and print should be 150DPI minimum; 300DPI maximum. Out-of-camera JPGs are fine and don't need to be resized. Scanned images should be smaller than 15MB. The height of vertically oriented scans should be between 2000 and 4000 pixels; the width of horizontal scans should also be between 2000 and 4000 pixels.
What types of image formats do you accept?
All files uploaded to us for design and print should be in JPG format. Image files must be in RGB format (CMYK and greyscale are not allowed).
What color profile should I use for my images?
We recommend using the sRGB color icc profile to get the best color quality in your album.
How many photos can I have in my album?
The amount of photos depends on the amount of pages(sides) in the album. our designers will use approximately 3 images per side.
I have photos from different cameras. Is that ok?
Yes.
I already designed my album pages using software on my computer, can i still have an album made using my designs?
Yes, Just be sure that all the files are high resolution and in JPG format and upload them to us using the photo uploader and we'll make the album using your designed pages.
